Zovo AR Aging Report

Accounts receivable aging reports, customer statements and past-due reminders from your open invoices.

Zovo AR Aging Report turns a list of open invoices into an accounts receivable aging report. Type the invoices, paste them, or attach a QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks or Wave export, and it ages each open balance as of the date you choose: Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days past due, with totals per customer and a grand total that add up to the cent. It handles partial payments, credit memos, payment terms such as Net 30, and the title lines and total rows in accounting exports. Download a printable aging PDF, an Excel workbook, a CSV, one-page customer statements, and polite past-due reminder email drafts written from the invoice facts.

What it does

AR aging buckets Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days past due, computed in exact cents
Per-customer totals and a grand total that always reconcile, with percent of total per bucket
Due dates from the due date column or from terms such as Net 30, Net 15, Net 30 EOM or Due on receipt
Partial payments, credit memos and unapplied payments reduce balances; paid-in-full invoices are skipped and counted
Reads QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks and Wave exports: title lines, section headings and Total rows are left out and listed
DSO (days sales outstanding) when you give credit sales for a period
Printable aging PDF, Excel workbook, CSV, one-page customer statements and reminder email drafts

Limitations

Ages by days past the due date only (not by invoice date); bucket edges are fixed at 30, 60 and 90 days
One currency per report; a file with several currencies needs a currency choice
Does not connect to QuickBooks or Xero, send emails, or collect payments; generated files are deleted after 1 hour
Up to 5,000 open items and 400 statements per run
