The service
Zovo AR Aging Report is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by autom8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo AR Aging Report turns a list of open invoices into an accounts receivable aging report. Type the invoices, paste them, or attach a QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks or Wave export, and it ages each open balance as of the date you choose: Current, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and over 90 days past due, with totals per customer and a grand total that add up to the cent. It handles partial payments, credit memos, payment terms such as Net 30, and the title lines and total rows in accounting exports. Download a printable aging PDF, an Excel workbook, a CSV, one-page customer statements, and polite past-due reminder email drafts written from the invoice facts.
